Spotlight Café & Creamery is a coffee shop and creamery at 802 9th Street in downtown Greeley, Colorado. We pull espresso and brew drip from Wander Coffee Roasters, a Northern Colorado roaster, and we are open until 10 p.m. every day, later than most Greeley coffee shops. The same counter serves Dole pineapple soft serve, Blue Bell scoops, affogatos and 21+ cocktails.
General Manager Megan Kranzler brings years of Northern Colorado coffee experience to a laid-back room shared with the Moxi Theater and Stella's Pinball Arcade & Lounge, about a mile from the University of Northern Colorado.
